Do not bother to email, just call! Looks beautiful but not organized with booking, does not answer emails. Was in contact with someone from booking that confirmed a hold on a lodge for me for 2 nights in May when I inquired via email. After confirming with them and sending details to retrieve payment I did not get a response. After not hearing back for a couple days, I sent a follow up email. Then after not hearing for 9 days from the booking email, I called. They said they were fully booked for the nights they told me were on hold for me. Unfortunately this area is so limited to book and now, coming from Canada on vacation we might not be able to stay near the Isle of Skye which was very high on our travel list. Very upset.
