Our family contacted Elaine to ask for her guidance how to settle our new puppy into our family. We cant be thankful enough for her, her advices and suggestions right from the first day of Magnuss arrival. After two months regular, weekly contacts and meetings with Elaine, following all her instructions of feeding, alone times, jumping, barking, biting etc., Magnus, our giant puppy is on his way to become a well behaved dog. I highly recommend Elaine, without her guidance Magnus and our family would be lost. Thank you Elaine, it has been lovely to work with you!

Elaine has been absolutely amazing I couldn't recommend her more. I have had her for my parakeet who after 6 months still wasn't going in his cage and wouldn't let me near him. Since following all of her help and advise he is a different bird. I honestly can't imagine him coming on this far without her help.

Disappointed had hoped for more. Berated as my vet was unwilling to administer Elaines recommended drugs. Recommended based on never meeting the dog and her own dogs experience. After 2 calls chose to withdraw as life is too short to be scolded by another adult. Also part of the contract is you have to fill in a diary each week or you break the contract. Wasnt really sure what the point of this was. Im sure that this support works for some but defo not for me. On a positive I did get some useful advice on the type of lead to buy and how to use it. Useful but costly.

I decided to go with Elaine after experiencing anxiety and aggression issues with our French bull dog, Minnie. These issues were taking over my life and were completely out of control. I have been working with Elaine for almost a year now and continue to do so, and Minnies behaviour has drastically improved. Elaine offers fantastic advice, support and meet-ups that are greatly beneficial to you and your pet. Although diaries and training are time consuming if you do not put in the work and lack consistency you will not see the improvements, there is no magical wand. After lots of perseverance and effort, Minnie is coming on leaps and bounds, not only improving her quality of life but also mine, thanks to Elaine as without her we were stuck in a rut with what I thought was an unmanageable dog. 100% would definitely recommend.

We went to Elaine after our 1 year old Shiba Inu, Kobe started to display aggressive behaviour towards myself and my partner and seemed to hate going outside. Immediately, Elaine recognised the problem and started us on a plan of action both medically and behaviourally with Kobe. Within 2 weeks we could already see a tiny improvement in his behaviour and after almost a year later, he is now like a different dog completely. The weekly diaries seem annoying at first but after a while they are so useful to see how far your dog has come esp if you are in tough spot with your dog. They also help Elaine know when to move you onto a new step so I would try and be as detailed as possible. It's amazing she is able to do all of this from videos, zoom calls and diaries. If we hadn't met Elaine we wouldn't have been able to keep Kobe I reckon so thank you Elaine!
