        After contacting I got an almost immediate reply saying they would phone the next day(Sunday). They were able to diagnose my problem (from pictures) and totally reassure me that the bugs would go on their own and not cause any problems. If I ever needed to use this firm I would not hesitate. No consultation fee and say they are always happy to give advice. First class service
