Both my Mum and Dad were residents at Moncrieffe care home for about 7 years. Sadly they have both now passed away but i really can't fault Norma and all her staff for all the care my Mum and Dad received they were very well looked after and happy. Thank you all so much again for all they done for them.

I work for Scotforce Healthcare and have been lucky enough to have been working here for the past month. It is a lovely home to work in. The staff, including the new manager, are so friendly and helpful. The care they give the residents is second to none. The residents themselves are a lovely bunch and the relatives I have met have been very grateful for the care their loved ones are receiving. Although Im not currently looking for a permanent position, if I were Moncreiffe would definitely be a consideration.

Being mental health nurse I have to believe that everyone deserves second, even third or another chance and I hope the matters and especially the morale is much improved now. Healthcare workers and other professionals should be non-judgemental of the clients and similarly at their work. Non-selective compassion, empathy and human warmth should be always on display. We are paid to care for people the best we can, do the job to the best of our abilities as patiently as possible. It might be not always or humanly possible for some at all times but trying is what matters too.

My Grandmother was incredibly unhappy here. During her life she was a strong independant woman until she was admitted here at the age of 95. The staff here treated her like she wasn't doing enough for herself. She had lost all movement in her hands and legs. She was 100 percent mentally aware. She told us the staff were bullies and were really rough with her. It was heartbreaking to see her so unhappy here. Thankfully we got her out. It's supposed to be a "care" home. For my grandmother it was like a prison.

This place is the pits. My Granny had a terrible time here & was so unhappy. Some staff were nasty & showed no respect. My Granny's words were they are rough with me. Unfortunately due to covid it took longer to get her out of here but thankfully we did. Does not deserve the one star I have given but wouldn't let me post unless I pressed one.
