Very helpful with the purchase of flat in Bridge of Allen- any detail was not too much trouble- they went the extra mile. When purchase was completed they left a lovely welcome hamper in the flat. And still helped with any question's.

I had to sell my late father's house in Bridge of Allan which is 50 miles from where I live. Austin met me there to discuss what Halliday Homes could offer and it very much suited my requirements being a remote seller of an empty property. I dealt with Marie who was very proactive and frequently in contact. If Marie wasn't available, other team members were usually up-to-speed with the sale. Also, messages left were passed on quickly to Marie and answered. Pulling together the home report was done quickly. One offer was made after about a month on the market. Unfortunately that fell through when the buyer could not secure finance. This did not stop the team at Halliday Homes kicking back into action for a second time and securing a second offer which completed. I would highly recommend the team at Halliday Homes for making the process smooth and stress-free.
