I used the Bloom Room for the first time today to send flowers to my Mum for her birthday. Anne Marie was a delight to deal with. The flowers were stunning way above the standard of any florist I have used before. Thank you Bloom Room for making my Mum smile on her birthday.

Very professional and incredibly helpful! I had flowers done for a family memorial and was very touched by the details. I mentioned that peacocks and their colours were a big thing in the persons life. To my surprise, Anne Marie at Bloom Room had actually located peacock feathers to add to each posy! I kept one and offered the others to the close friends and family members, so that was a lovely token of remembrance! Also, I went to Bloom Room for sympathy bouquet, requesting environmentally friendly packaging and locally sourced flowers and foliage where ever possible. Anne Marie suggested a vase rather than an oasis or cellophane wrapping. The flowers were delivered in a vase in a lovely jute bag which was again, a lovely touch which made it look even more green and environmentally friendly. Very happy customer! :-D
