Adventure Kids Castle

A friend & our 6 kids entered the play centre yesterday, where we paid 20 to get in as one is under one! Then went to find a table, which was seriously dirty & the floor covered in dirt & food! Even the carpets within the play area were disgusting! I had to ask a member of staff to clean the area where we wanted to sit at! Even then she was too busy looking at her phone! We then ordered food to which came to around 30 for 2 bowls of food to be freezing cold! My 8 month old son was crawling around eating food/rubbish off the floor! Which what we pay for is a clean play centre to play in? Upon leaving we bought the sweetie cones for 5 kids, my daughter opened hers up & it burst all over the floor to which the staff just stood & looked at her pick them all up with nothing to put them into. Then after watching her for about 5 mins they then offered her a paper bag to put them in. Totally & utterly horrified by the state of the place! The kids also had fruit shoots which 2 of them were still full & staff took them off the table & binned them! Not as if it's short staffed either.

Highly disappointed. Only told after paying that I would have to leave in an hour as a party had booked. We were the only people in the whole place but still had to wait over 20 mins for a kids jam sandwich despite 2 staff in the kitchen. Kids meal came with a cheap cola with no substitutes without additional charge. No fruit option. Soft play not clean and very limited for a 4 and 2 year old compared to others in the area. No wonder it was empty on a Saturday. Staff were friendly and music was good but would not recommend and wont be back.

We go regular with my grandson and niece they love it, we have just been to the Disney party today and they had a ball, it was fantastic and plenty food on the plates, the parties are always fun with disco too, and for the price it's value for money the girls who work there are all lovely too.
