        Seeing the brew in Edzell and getting four to try they were very, very disappointing so sending a private e mail and explaining that as two former licencees with over 60 yrs experience we thought had they a batch problem? Even worse than that, I got NO reply, in my years in the business we always said we can all have problems, its how you deal with them that shows if you are professional or not.
