I had such poor treatment at Boots for my very sick daughter. Lloyds could not have been more helpful and the staff were so kind too! I will never use Boots again

Called today and was told they had my exact medication in stock. Then handed my prescription in and was told yet again (from a different member of staff) that they definately had the exact medication in stock and to return after 1.30pm. After returning, the so called manager told the front staff to tell me they didn't have any at all. Manager should try to have more of a 'managerial' approach rather than a personal grievance with someone you dislike! So unprofessional. Can't fault any of the girls who serve, all lovely. Won't be back!

Awful practice in Boness probably due to understaffing to be fair but 3days to get an URGENT prescription is bang out of order......

Staff shortages, new IT and Brexit clearly causing problems for the always friendly staff but they need to stop saying prescriptions will be ready tomorrow if they wont be. Three times I went back to be told to come back the following day. Complete waste of time. Took the scrip to Boots on South Street and had it within 10 minutes.

Service is so slow, waited for 30 mins but was told they didn't have time to sort it because it was 20 to 6 and there was already too many people waiting
