        I've had a few good items from here over the years and always find the staff friendly and helpful.

        I would give the items 3 or 4 stars. You can get some bargins, although not every item is a winner. I would suggest that you expect there to be a problem with each item, so you need to try to identify what it is and be happy to live with it or be able to fix it. However the customer service is terrible. 1 star. Getting through to speak to them is hard enough (hold for 20-30 minutes seems common) and then they aren't too helpful either. On average I've therefore given them 2 stars.

        I'm trade buyer and purchase every week from several national auction houses, bought one lot from John Pye which was as expected, the customer service however is horrendous, a really bad attitude not just a the centre I used but also at head office. Will not be using again.
