        Young Peter is a savant when it comes to whisky. Talk about the best bar on Islay- this location has the best selection of islay and jura whisky. The hotel was absolutely charming with updated rooms and beautiful views and a great patio outback for drinks that overlook bowmore and the water at sunset. Food & drinks: I found the Bowmore hotel had some of the best food on the Islay. From breakfast to dinner, it was always fresh, hot, and exactly what I was looking for.
