        Iain is always helpful and friendly. I've taken my bike(s) to Magic Cycles for repair a number times and he has always been clear about what needs sorted, how long it will take and how much it'll cost. My most recent repair was done by the end of the same day and for a more than reasonable price. He's also happy to answer questions and provide advice on bike maintenance and suitable products.
