Property Angels Sales & Letting Agents

I requested a visit to a flat through this agency, the day before the viewing of the property I received a couple of calls and for work I did not see these until evening. After driving more than an hour to the vicinity of Glasgow I find that there is no one on the floor, back to Edinburgh with more than an hours travel for nothing. I send them an e-mail and they reply that the apartment has already been booked... they could not have done their job well sending it before wasting my time? I dont recommend this agency based on my experience.

Recently bought our first property in Glasgow which was listed by Property Angels and it was very refreshing to have a property agent who were also very attentive to the buyers. Paul kept us up-to-date through out the purchase and would often directly get involved to facilitate communications between both the seller and buyer. Paul provided innovative solutions to help cater for both buyer and sellers timelines. Never had any problem reaching out to Paul and getting a timely response or update. Thanks Property Angels for helping us buy our first property!

Absolutely shocking and awful Agency. We've rented property at Wrangholm Drive in New Stevenston. Property was made to look nice, but after few weeks paint started coming off from the walls, doors, even from tiles in bathroom. Poor windows broken and moulded. Mould problem starts showing off not long time after moving in. Of course Agency's solutions was painted the walls! In November 2022 we had first Property check, everything was fine, all issues We've reported were taken seriously and noted in. Agency worker Angie said flat is in very good condition, she noticed that we're taking care about it very well. We decided to move out as bad windows and mould affects our health. To the point, Agency is trying to charge as for painting walls and carpets cleaning. Everything was cleaned to high standard and after 18 months of living there this is definitely wear and tear. I don't recommend this Agency and this flat. Terrible place!
