Terrible customer service - the actual removal job was done well but not worth the stress of dealing with this company, and we were hit with extra costs. I'm so glad our move is over and I don't need to waste time and energy trying to get responses from Tracy any more. Every step of the way I had to chase her multiple times. Things were agreed over the phone but never followed up in writing despite many requests, including the inventory of our belongings in storage. We were surprised and relieved that all our stuff did come back to us intact, our engagement with DMG gave us zero confidence that would be the case. We were upfront and communicative about the amount of stuff to be moved (even saying that it includes more boxes and sundry items than we had thought at first), and were repeatedly told on the phone it would all be fine within the price quoted, but on the day of our move we were told it was too much stuff and charged for an extra van run and extra storage space for 6 months. Wish we'd read reviews in advance and realised this is what they do. The guys who did both moves were efficient, friendly and good at their jobs. But the overall experience of dealing with this company has been dreadful.

They currently have my stuff in storage and I'm due to move in 2 days time and cannot get hold of them. I think they may have even blocked my calls! Highly stressful!!! I also paid over 200 for a "professional clean" of our old house - what a joke!!! I think Tracey did not realise I was going back to the house. It had barely been touched. I was so embarrassed as a lovely young couple were moving in expecting it to be clean. I didn't pay for it of course (and took photos as evidence). They then had the cheek to try bill me for a 85 reduced cleaning rate! The removal guys were lovely but the administrative side of things is a joke. Do not book DMG.

We did not use this company and for that I am very thankful. We got as far as getting the survey done by one of the partners "Tracy" Up to that point it appeared all ok. (The quote was above average but I was was pushed for time) That is where the service ended. I was completely ghosted by the company. They did not return my calls, emails or " I'll get Tracy to call you back." from the other partner-her husband I believe. "Hello Tracy" I am still waiting... You CANNOT run a company like this especially when people are already up to the eyeballs in the stress of moving. If you can't do the move let the customer know. It's not difficult. Don't just leave them dangling.Communication is very important ,something this company lack in abundance. How the move would have went with them I dread to think.
