        Went in to replace what I thought was an irreparable watch strap and came out with a new spring clip in the original strap! Very helpful lady sorted this out in seconds and declined payment!         We took a diamond which had been lying in my wife's jewellery box for years and John advised us what to do regarding a setting. I gave it to my wife on Christmas day and she was delighted, there was even a tear. Great job John and Ashia. Thanks for everything.

        Best service I have ever had from any jeweller. Nothing is too much trouble and they are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I've had several watches serviced and repaired.Timescales very good and prices in my mind very fair, less than I expected to pay.
