I took a 2 piece suit and suit jacket to get dry cleaned a couple of weeks ok. The 2 piece suit had a number marks on it... no one mentioned they couldnt get them out when it was picked up. The suit did not look like it has been done. I called them to ask why and they said to bring it back in. I didnt have time as I needed it done for the weekend... took it to another dry cleaner who could do it same day and it looks brand new. The other drycleaner said the suit had not been cleaned! I would not recommend this place.

Left my suede jacket to be cleaned. When I returned to collect my item it was like a sheet of cardboard. When I questioned it I was told the owner would call me. This never happened and I went in again to be told I would receive a phone call about it. When I called a few days later the manager said the owner would refund the jacket if I could bring in a recipet for it. I had purchased the jacket three years previous at a cost of 450 and obviously didnt have a receipt for it. The result of the situation was I didnt even go back to collect the jacket after that. There was little point given it was completely destroyed... Possibly the worst service I have ever had from any dry cleaner, avoid at all costs!

Worst dry cleaners I have ever been to. Ruined my partners suit by dying the white part of the suit purple then when the woman was confronted about it she had the worst attitude. The suit was also very poorly cleaned and out of shape. I never leave bad reviews if I can help it but I had to warn people as this is the second time I have had a bad experience, the first time I left a designer jacket with them, they ruined the belt and took 6 months to fix it and only after I 100 phone calls. Wont ever set foot in this place again. Would give 0 stars if I could!

Absolutely terrible. White jumpsuit was handed in to be dry cleaned and a tiny purple lipstick mark at the neckline pointed out to them. Went to pick it up and the lipstick mark has gone but directly underneath where the stain was is a new bright pink mark that looks like the fabric has been bleached. Man argued with me that he had only used soap and it was not his fault if what they had used to remove the lipstick reacted to it and caused a new stain next to the area worked on??? Mind blown. Took zero responsibility for the damage and told me to go to Citizens Advice after charging 20 to ruin a 300 jumpsuit. Just read a similar review of them being responsible for putting a purple stain on a white suit. Rude, unprofessional, defensive and absolutely unacceptable customer service. Avoid at all costs.
