We received a parcel from APC, unfortunately the delivery driver put a large/heavy parcel in our external parcel drop which broke it. Whilst this was disappointing, I was so pleased with how the customer service/maintenance man from the company handled the situation when I raised it with them. They couldn't have been more helpful and replaced and fitted a new parcel drop for me within a couple of days, rectifying the issue completely. Thank you.

On 3 occasions now I have had deliveries through APC and of all the delivery firms I like this one the best. They send emails, you can check where the delivery driver is on his/her route and you know where you are in the queue. I received a delivery today in the alloted time and the driver was very pleasant. Thank you.

Had to collect parcel as they don't deliver Saturdays. Wouldn't leave in a safe place as " needed signature" which no one else is doing due to covid 19. However, staff very pleasant at the collection centre and efficient. Even offered to carry the parcel to my car.

Used these guys all the time normally no problem great service. But this time no one turned up to pick up my parcel. Had no booking on system. Had to take parcel to depot. It did get sent that night.
