I just ordered noodles, with sliced beef n satay sauce, ive ordered loads before and it's lovely...but tonight wow!!! The noodles were brick hard like crunchy the way they are before u cook them, i phoned to complain, terrible service

golden leaf is my go to chinese, their food is always made fresh and fast ready to collect at the time said, quality is never an issue and prices are really good.

Second time ordering - first time forgot munchie box. Second order food took 1hr 40mins, when asked how long food would be during ordering they hung up, arrived cold, only thing that had any heat was the sauce, even the soup was cold response after having a 10 min convo with customers while i asked to speak to person in charge, manager refused to respond, I am waiting on delivery driver to come with refund and collect food it's now 8.43pm been waiting for 20 mins, was told would recieve refund as long as the "foods all returned" well there's ur cold dry food packed and waiting!! disgusting and pathetic response not even an apology, staff are rude. Had to order from enzos instead it was delivered within 10 mins of the order!! Delivery driver eventually arrived with refund after 1hr 30mins being aggressive, defensive and seemed to think this was justified!! Good luck in life when that's your attitude hope she has a flourishing career in the food Delivery service male delivery driver was polite and apologetic.

I ordered fried rice salt chillie chips and curry sauce. The fried rice was ok and curry sauce But the salt and chillie chips where defo overcooked and chewy and couldnt eat them
