25th April. We were let down at the last minute with a restaurant booked for my Dads 87th Birthday. I called the PaperMill at 5.30pm and asked for a table for 6.30pm for 11 adults. Although they were busy they made the seperate dining area available for us. The staff and manager were so attentive and accommodating. Meal was lovely and they truly turned what could have been a disaster birthday into a special family dinner. At 87 being together as family means the world so i am very grateful and thankful to all the staff at the PaperMill for saving the day. Would 100% recommend. Val Graham Edinburgh
