My experience with Brown options from start to finish has been flawlessly perfect. Ian, the manager and front facing person greeted me warmly and has a brilliant natural and friendly way with people. I hadn't had my eyes tested for 20 years and let him know that I was a little nervous at the time I book my appointment , when I came for my appointment a few weeks later he remembered this detail and made me feel immediately comfortable. The optician was very down to earth and he further put me at ease in his presence. He was extremely knowledgeable and discussed things in simple terms for me without using technical jargon. There were no pushy sales involved and they had an excellent range of frames and lenses. I can't wait to get my new glasses to give me confidence in my driving again. Thank you to all the team., You are an asset to the bonnyrigg community
