        Drop in service is terrible waiting excessive amounts of time. To then go to pharmacy who are hostile & make you feel like an inconvenience

        The new drop in emergency is a nightmare(especially if you have children) have to wait ages for appointments that never run on time. The pharmacy attached is useless...never have the medication in stock and the staff always seem like your an inconvenience....I moved surgeries thankfully

        The call in system works very well - get to the surgery between 9am and 11am and you can see a doctor without an appointment. I've used this service a few times now and haven't had to wait more than 30 minutes. No complaints here.
