        Cannot fault Graeme or Dougie's work. From the moment they arrived exactly at the time arranged, they worked in unison with each other to provide an excellent service. They work to high standards which you can see by the materials they use and the way they clean up. We will use their service again if required and would recommend them anytime.         I was recommended Heatsafe from a colleague at work when the boiler in my new flat needed replacing. Graeme was able to attend in quick time to offer me a free quote and was very thorough and the quote was ready very soon after. I decided to go through with the boiler installation and I was very pleased I did. It can be quite difficult for me to get time off work but Graeme was able to give me accurate availability times so I could work around it. Dougie and Graeme both visited to complete the installation and I am very pleased with the result and the they have been great in answering my questions post installation. Would highly recommend Service: Installation

        Highly recommend Heatsafe, had new combi boiler installed and replaced old boiler and tank. From the first phone call, their service was outstanding. Arranged a sameday visit, fast and competitive quotes. Scheduled work took place quickly over the weekend. The team were highly professional, and work done on time and clean up after was spotless.
