Gp's here come across as having very low professionalism, disinterested & show no compassion whatsoever. The practice itself has an overall feeling of low mood. The receptionists are as much help as the Gp's & it seems anyone employed here just don't want to be there. Dr McAllister is utterly awful, not just at her job but an extremely arrogant female & it's time highly paid so called professionals like her should GO. I have personally stopped attending & subsequently felt much better as even the thought of the place makes you want to eat prozac as much as the gp's want to feed everyone them here, even if you go in with a sore tummy.... Nightmare of a place.

Been told three times this week for an appointment on Monday 31st phone in the morning so now today ave phoned only to be told its afternoon and try again Monday, but I couldnt as am in ward 31 since Sunday and was getting ct scan !! ,sorry nothing we can do, always the same receptionist!!! Then lost signal service is a joke

I have never had a bad experience in over 20 years until today , I come up against a receptionist that something horrible must have happened too , clearly had to share her bad day 63 years old and got scolded like a school kid 4 times geeze I hope thing get better for her HONESTLY !! If it was possible to speak to a Docter I would ask them to have a word as she is clearly in a bad place
