        Dr Dolan & Dr Hunter are fantastic I can't praise them enough.The ladies at reception are always friendly and professional.Under a lot of pressure & sometimes appointment times run late ,show a little compassion folks :-)

        I have recently been diagnosed with fybromyalgia. I am in the very early stages of treatment and I have been told by the doctor who diagnosed me to make follow up appointments with him. However reception staff are now telling me that I cannot make a pre bookable appointment to see the doctor and I have to phone at 8am and speak to any doctor who is avaliable that day. This to me is unacceptable as I have been told by the doctor to make an appointment with HIM! I cannot get through to the receptionists that this is on request of the doctor. Something needs to be done as this practice of making appointments is not working! I have previously phoned at 8am for a week straight to be told on the phone being answered that there are no appointments, phone back tomorrow! Not good enough!!
