        Not happy with the way my mum was spoken to over the phone just to try and get an appointment for my 1year old.. I was told to call at 8 in morning to try and that what I was doing and kept coming up line busy while trying to get kids ready for school so asked my mum to while I was driving to school and all she got was abuse from them.. saying I should have called at the lines weren't busy when they were.. people don't have every minute off there time to keep calling as they have KIDS to get ready for school.

        After 8 weeks of toe being swollen I'm being told no infection in it. Would like to know what is wrong then instead of telling me nothing. I know my feet and can see swelling which is causing numbness

        Gp's here come across as having very low professionalism, disinterested & show no compassion whatsoever. The practice itself has an overall feeling of low mood. The receptionists are as much help as the Gp's & it seems anyone employed here are not interested in being there. Dr McAllister is utterly awful, not just at her job but an extremely arrogant female & it's time highly paid so called professionals like her should GO. They must have a Lot to awnser for & more patients should call them out for how they feel their treatments are approached. I am Currently in the process of leaving this Practice asap!!!
