Only a fleeting visit but the staff were lovely and the views were amazing.

Incredibly disappointed, came for a first lesson which both kids loved, booked 2 more lessons afterwards, as this was going to be a weekly thing for them. Unfortunalty got stuck in the most horrendous traffic, so called well before the lesson to advise of this, however no one ever answers the phone, so we texted (as this is what they recommend doing) still no one got back to us, so we turned up 15 mins late to then find out the kids were getting that 15 mins taken off their.lesson, giving them 15.mins for 50. I fully understand the need for appointments needing to being on time, but we were the last booking of the day, no one was after us and it was a simple case of, they weren't prepared to give the full time and give a warning for next time. If we had been advised of this, ie staff all want to get away ASAP after working all day, we would have rescheduled the booking, however no warning, and of course no one answers the phone, or replyed to our text, just a brutal and unforgiving schedule that has made sure we will never come back here again. Also word of warning, the road to this place has some very bad pot holes, that could easily damage your suspension.
