    Andrew is not only a first class personal trainer with an extensive technical knowledge, hes also a friendly, helpful and approachable person who has a real dedication to sport and fitness. We started my PT sessions by looking at my current training plan and food diary and discussed how it could be adapted to meet my specific goal, which was to build strength. Andrew then helped me consolidate a plan to achieve this while measuring my progress. Each session was well used and he was able to fine tune my technique to ensure safe and productive weight lifting. The knowledge and confidence he instilled in me from the first session has given me the confidence to move forward with my strength training. As a personal trainer you wont find anyone who is more committed to helping you meet and succeed your goals.
