Ht garden buildings ltd started my summer house on the 4th of march it is still unfinished I purchased a summer house/integ hut that was to have a lock on it as it was to store vital medical supplies as my husband does dialysis at home and I needed a key to give hospital for them to deliver supplies The hut hasnt totaly been lined of floor done never mind a lock Paddy took the lock off the patio doors as it was broken when fitted he ordered a new lock but it never seems to arrive Decking frame has been done but no sign of decking it has been 5 weeks with no show despite me continuing contacting them daily always says they will be here but never showing up I made a mistake by paying paddy most of the cost I advice dont pay anymore than deposit till work is done it's a shame as his workers are great What should have been a joy is now a nightmare thinking of going to trading standers

This company are unreliable, give u time to come out, view and quote however never turn up. Don't answer phone nor respond to the messages 2 hours after the initial time given. Would not waste my time with them. Understand trades people are busy but a common courtesy to acknowledge or respond would suffice. Thankfully not all like them: other company turned up and did the job. Seriously avoid using as more negatives than positive.
