        The 118 bus from gartnavel hospital Glasgow. Which runs every hour anyway so not a great service. It did not turn up on 16/7/22 waited from 10pm Saturday nigtht bus did not show had to get a taxi which was not regular either taxi came at 11:45 pm so as a lone female at that time of unight is unacceptable. Waiting at Anniesland cross but bus never showed up . Total shocking service .

        The driver was on time and he was pleasant and helpful he knew where he was going and got us there on time the bus was clean and comfortable
