I joined Powerzone Strength Gym earlier this year after visiting a number of other gyms in the area. The gym has a wide range of machines, free weights, bags and equipment (battle ropes, tyres etc).
The gym owner, Mike, offers free advice and help to any members, which for a beginner has been excellent.
If you are looking to join a gym, I highly recommend Powerzone.
