Amazing historical museum with a huge selection of train memorabilia. Staff and volunteers are all very friendly and enthusiastic about the history of the railway. Great for families and individuals alike - absolutely worth a visit

A fantastic piece of history! Reach out and touch the giants of steam, read about how railways have shaped the modern landscape and see how they still have a part in today's society. Buy a book, dvd or souvenir or have a hearty bowl of soup and some tea in the station cafe. Plenty to see and do for people of all ages! Have a trip down the line on one of the heritage trains, see the static train and carriage displays in the large sheds or marvel at the 00 gauge displays - it's a great day out. Wheelchair and pram friendly for the most parts and there is a car park on site. Plenty to see and do!

Driving Experience day on Boness Kinneil railway. Highly recommended if a train fan. Museum on site as well of Scottish railway history. Place is a working railway and preservation society. Set on Firth of Forth with great views. Track runs few miles sadly only 20mph allowed with Loco built for 95 !

I've visited many times for pleasure and business when I was employed by Jarvis rail,great people doing a great job. I'm still working in the railway and was wondering if I could donate some good quality hi-vis wet weather clothing that I have acquired over the recent past? If possible,who can I contact?
