Excellent service, TV picked up on Thursday, returned Tuesday fully repaired. Pick up guy Kyle was very helpful and outlined the process clearly. The deposit was deducted from the final bill which was reasonable and as quoted..

TVRS were instructed by Domestic & General to replace the panel on my LG C9 65 OLED. The installers took the tv away and explained all that would happen. They arrived on time and were courteous and friendly. It took some time to get a new panel from LG (just over a week) but TVRS were communicative and returned the TV promptly, post repair. Reconnecting my AV system, ps5 and adjusting the mounts on the back. I cannot fault them. They even offered temp equipment! Would definitely recommend.

Needed a screen replaced, Andy came out for the repair. He was very freindly and professional completing the task within minutes.

Excellent service. I described fault over the phone, was told the possible options with the worst case scenario explained but also that theyd look for a low cost solution if available. Collected the tv, brought it back in a few days fully fixed at the low cost option. Delighted.
