Never experienced such arrogance and rude member of staff called Mark. Making my complaint official as this man was aggressive and intolerant to my enquiry. He said on the phone to be quiet as he was talking and I had to answer his question. I told him he wasn't letting me speak and if he asked a question related to my query I would articulate my answer in an easy understandable way. He dropped the phone on me. I rang and rang until his female colleague answered. I explained my issue and she had me sorted within about four mins. Very polite and helpful. I phoned customer service then changed my mind as I didn't want to jeopardise anyone's job. I phoned back and got mark again. I told him my thoughts but I didn't want to escalate or cause trouble but emphasised he couldn't treat customers that way. He said he didnt care it was up to me he did nothing wrong it was five mins after closing and didn't need to talk to me. He said "I have an alarm to set. See ya". And dropped the phone again. I think its just as well it was a phone call. Face to face....... Wouldn't been a happy ending. So disappointed as after phoning back explaing I didn't want to escalate but it needed addressing he made me feel so small...... Like a fool he was superior to. I ended up in tears. With shock and anger. U wouldn't speak to anybody like that never mind a customer. I'm disgusted
