        Absolute cowboys. Ripped off my elderly parents. Initial work was supposed to cost 600 but ended up costing 2000. They then tried to sell them paint for the roof which was going to cost another 1200. During the work they damaged brand new guttering and have repeatedly promised to fix it but never turn up. One of the owners/managers was extremely aggressive on the phone and advised us that they wouldn't give us our 10 year guarantee unless we removed our Facebook review. 5 months on we now need to have the work repaired at further cost.
