        Had a rib of beef roast for Christmas day. The meat was lovely, soft and moist, saw the cut trimmed and prepared in front of me, exactly as I asked for it. So sorry to those that were waiting behind me, but I can say it was absolutely worth it! Great to find a local, skilled craftsman, and reasonably priced.
