The whole process from getting a quote through to the installation of the loft hatch was very efficient and professional. The installation team were very courteous and friendly and they explained everything clearly. They also made sure that I was completely happy with everything before they left. Overall, Michael and his team provided an excellent service at a very good price and I'm happy to recommend this company to anybody looking to have loft work carried out.

My loft access hatch, ladder and loft flooring installation was carried out by John who was prompt, polite, organised, and efficient and a very pleasant chap to boot. There was no disruption and barely any noise and John worked non-stop until the installation was complete and everything had been tidied away and hoovered; he didnt even stop for a cup of tea! He explained everything that had been done and then gave a detailed demonstration before asking me to through the process myself until he was satisfied that I was operating the hatch mechanism and ladder correctly and safely. Theres not a lot of headroom in my loft but now Ive got enough floor space to store the items that only get used once or twice a year that have been taking up space in the house so Im very pleased with the end result and would happily recommend Access4Lofts to anyone thinking of utilising their loft space.
