        Service was Brilliant from start to finish, I cannot recommend this highly enough, for the first visit to my house early morning by Charlie, to the office environment with Lisa, the actual funeral was dealt with very professionally, many thanks for all your help and support

        My mum had a dignity plan and inside were all instructions numbers on what to do, I called dignity they put me in touch with the closest funeral directors to me which was smiths in blantyre and they were amazing. I've never planned a funeral before an they were so patient an couldn't be any nicer with me, really helpful and felt very at ease under the circumstances. Charles and Lisa are both lovely people and helped me plan a beautiful service for my mum.
