        Helen, Charles and the team made a very difficult and distressing time easier. Myself and my partner had never organised a funeral before and really didn't know where to start. Potts led us all the way through the process with great care, compassion and professionalism. My deceased mother in law was treated with the dignity and respect she deserved. Really can't recommended them enough.
