        Horrendous customer service, their driver rear ended me while I was stationary at a red light. No apology from the company. I indicted I was happy to settle out of court (ie doing them a favour). They referred it to their insurer, again, no apology, just nit-picking, victim blaming, trying to knock me down and challenging me to go via court if I didnt like it! Final straw, after complaining to their insurer I was unhappy about the treatment after being hit by a 40 tonne coach the insurer had the audacity to reply its 23 tonnes actually not 40 tonnes still no apology! You literally couldnt make it up! Unprofessional impatient drivers, staff who dont care, horrific insurers!
