        NO MATTER WHAT YOUR PROBLEM IS, THIS GUY WILL HELP YOU!!! In my/our case it was a punctured tyre on our rental car, after the rental company left us with the polite advice to look for a garage to get it fixed (very helpful when it is almost 5pm). In the end, due to his help and support we really managed to reach our destination shortly after midnight! Huge thanks again!!!

        John went above and beyond when we (2 German tourists with a rental car with a punctured tyre) were stranded outside his house just before 6pm. Within minutes (seconds, really) he had the tyre off trying to fix it. When it became clear the tyre was beyond repair, he got us sorted with the ARC and made sure to help us trough the whole process. John was doing an incredible job, highly recommend him...you won't find better customer service.
