ZERO STARS - incompetent and dishonest with dire customer service and complaints team so slow to respond we have incurred further late-payment penalties. Such a catalogue of horrific service and incorrect billing that it would take me an hour to write this review. We cancelled our direct debits as Castle were billing us on the WRONG METER NUMBER but didn't put the account on hold when requested. two years later and we finally get repaid over 25k - we are a school and can ill afford to be so far out of pocket - that's half a teacher! Now we are enduring over-estimated bills, repeated re-billing, bills not on the portal or sent in the post, then late payment charges and interest. When we appeal, our debt gets handed to their solicitors and we incur even more charges. Had enough now. Anyone must be better than Castle Water. Can't wait to get done with these people.

We have changed to Everflow Water. Much better. I suggest everyone does that.
