Don't be distracted by the branding, Steampunk clearly can't get the basics right on a customer level or with a simple piece of work. We have had a very poor experience with them over a concrete worktop that stained on very first use. Their site manager attended and readily admitted the work was substandard and they would collect and seal the work correctly. One year later and nothing has been done despite repeated messages to the owner and site manager completely and deliberately ignored. Speaking to contacts who have used Steampunk for commercial work, this lack of communication is standard for them. Don't go near Steampunk for commercial or residential work.

What a great company, fantastic manager Scott Bryson and all the guys working on our little (big) project transforming our cottage are just unique. So driven and dedicated... A bunch of staff you can only dream of. Yes, I only gave 4 stars yet but if it goes on like this I guess they will deserve 7 stars. Thanks guy for helping us out in this project.

SteamPunk Fit Out were recommended to us by 2 local retailers who had undergone complete fit-outs and were extremely pleased with the results. We got in touch with them to see whether they could reconfigure our current fixtures and fittings to create a revised layout which would improve both the look and the flow in our opticians practice and we could not be happier with the result! A site visit and competitive quote for the work was completed super quickly. The job itself was scheduled within a couple of weeks with all work being carried out overnight and all cleaned up ready for opening the next day. The standard of work greatly surpassed our expectations with exceptional attention to detail. As a result of the work were now in the process of commissioning a bespoke display unit for childrens spectacle frames.

SteamPunk have produced for us an amazing Chiropractic Clinic out of what was an empty vacant space. Their designer Zaklina is brilliant and she really understood our requirements producing something fresh and original. We really stand out in our local town. It pays to use professionals.
