Outdated. Dirty changing rooms for swimming pool. Gym tiny. The most disappointing is that staff do not have much customer care skills. When I was there to ask questions about kids party, I was dismissed with words you write what you want there, darling. I noticed that couple ladys were behind me ( what come to my attention after female staff member glance behind me , rolled her eyes and smiled) waiting for to be registered for exercise class. But I still think that staff members should be able to navigate situation by asking if I would be ok to wait while she registers class attendants. I do understand that Blairgowrie is small place and everyone knows everyone , but I do not think that stranger should call me darling. Quite frankly it is rude, patronising and very bad customer service. Hopefully the facilities will be improved when new development plan will be completed. Unfortunately I am not so sure about staff member customer skills. Come on Life Active Blairgowrie, pick up your game.
