Only had minor hiccups here. Evryone is friendly and happy to help. Best surgery experience so far. Edit - I've been trying to get an appointment for 3 days here. Same day appointments are a joke. It's like a competition as to who can get there first. Am probably going to move surgeries. I've had enough of this.

The reception at this GP is very nice. The ladies always help, for which I thank them very much. The doctors also try to help as best as they can. Thank you for being here

Why do they do everything possible in reception not to let you see a doctor. They do everything possible to fob you off. If I didnt need to see a doctor I would not be calling you. Phone back the next day etc They ask you a million questions and with all due respect the receptionist is not the doctor. Their job is to make appointments. I find it shocking I have to basically beg to see someone. Guys some of us never go to a doctor. The day we collapse and have found to have had something seriously wrong with us I would put the blame on these people for not listening.

Whilst everyone was friendly I have had a few serious problems here. The least dangerous being that I had been preliminarily diagnosed with a bladder infection and having taken a week's worth of antibiotics, only to find out at my new GP that my "bladder infection" was actually ruled out by a lab at the time, but no one at Strathmore thought about following it up or getting in touch to stop me taking the antibiotics and actually diagnose what was wrong with me.
