The Meyer Menopause Clinic - Blairgowrie

I would highly recommend Dr Meyer. I visited the clinic with a variety of symptoms,the worst being anxiety and panic attacks that suddenly presented themselves. After 6 months of balancing my hormones I have not had a panick attack in 2 months. I still have anxiety but it is much reduced. Hoping this continues in the future.

I would highly recommend Dr Meyer, she listens to you and has a desire to get to the root of what is going on rather than just prescribing. If you are having issues with hormones or menopause I would strongly recommend a consultation. I feel so much better coming off NHS HRT and so much better than I did with a previous private HRT doc.

I'll keep this simple ladies! Dr Meyer is the light at the end of my tunnel...From feeling really rubbish to feeling like my old self again in a matter of a couple of months... Put an end to your daily suffering and go visit this extremely knowledgeable, very likeable professional lady.... 5 stars are not enough! Thank you Dr Meyer!

I sought help from Dr Meyer a few years after my NHS journey left me feeling disillusioned. I was wrongly diagnosed with depression initially followed by various forms of HRT prescriptions which I felt were just trial and error and not catered to me as an individual. Dr Meyer is calm and confident in her approach and arranges tests that allow her to prescribe effectively to the root cause. I'm still on my own journey with menopause and need to incite change in my own lifestyle choices but at last feel reassured that medically Dr Meyer is doing everything possible to support me on that journey. Wish I'd sought help earlier! Thank you Dr Meyer.

I had my first face to face appointment with Dr Meyer in September 2022. She is attentive, warm, and I felt at ease straight away. I told her the symptoms I had been experiencing, and she explained to me the role various hormones play in our wellbeing, and how our body adjusts when pre menopause begins. Following on from a scan and blood test results, Dr Meyer prescribed a bespoke treatment of hormones and supplements. I can honestly say within a month of taking them I felt back to my old self. I had a second zoom appointment three months later with a second blood test. The treatment was then tweaked slightly to assist with occasional insomnia. I will be having one more zoom appointment in three months and then appointments will be once a year, although I know if I need to I can make an appointment sooner. Aside from the initial face to face consultation, all follow ups are via zoom. Living in the north of Scotland it has been wonderful to have access to such a service. I feel fortunate that I found Dr Meyer at the start of my menopause journey and was able to find a quick solution to the symptoms I was suffering from. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the Meyer menopause clinic to others, life is too short to be suffering when there is an alternative life available.
