        Unfortunately one of the most unprofessional small businesses I've ever had dealings with. Complletely failed to respond to any communication via phonecall, messenger, SMS or email. They were very quick to take a deposit, communication was fine then. But as soon as I needed to communicate after that it took two weeks to get a response. I did get a one word answer after I cancelled the course but no other informatio. Such willful ignorance and neglect of customers is not becoming of a professional organisation.
