Bridge of Cally Ski Hire

Poor service. I booked skis and a snowboard three days in advance using the website and mobile number detailed on the website. When I arrived to collect, I was informed their was no skis or snowboards available.

Wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone at BOC ski hire. I was in the shop last Friday with my son hiring some equipment when my son all of a sudden became ill and collapsed. Without hesitation my son became their only focus and they immediately shut the shop to look after him while we waited on an ambulance to arrive. It took almost an hour for the ambulance to arrived and they took extremely good care of both my son and I. They had to turn away countless customers and when I mentioned this they said "there are more important things than money". I am immensely grateful to all of the staff on that day. Amazing people and who take customer service to the very next level. I'll definitely be back.
