Glenbeag Mountain Lodges

The views in these lodges are stunning and I must say the cabins are very clean and the hot tub fantastic. The bed was also great. However the customer service was nothing short of a disgrace. After they had payment they didn't contact us at all, we had major issues the day of arrival as the access was ice laden and if it wasn't for the lovely Henry from the nearby estate we wouldn't have made it up the hill to start our weekend. It's been over a week and although my email was marked urgent I've yet to receive a reply. The electricity being paid separately is very tight in my eyes, just put it into the price overall sp yoi dont feel like its a firther payment. It wasn't that expensive but its the principal The TV didn't work to have music on in the background and the WiFi cut off, again no way to contact anyone to get back on to this. Being told to clean your room or a cleaning charge would be billed to you in a 5 start establishment isn't ideal. You get 2 toilet rolls and the closest place to get some more is 15 miles away Not to mention how big on recycling they are yet they don't provide glass bins, nothing like taking your rubbish home with you. For the price I was expecting a bit less stress and a bit more of a personal touch.
