        We had a guided tour of this historic brewery / distillery. There was only the two of us so we had the undivided attention of the knowledgeable tour guide. A fascinating history of how the premises has evolved over the years. Very easy to locate just off the main road. Plenty of parking. A very enjoyable experience especially the tasting.

        Our tour with Gavin last weekend was just super! He explained everything so clearly and it was an authentic experience at the heart of their production process, plus a tasting in their gorgeous bar area. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend. Gavin was such an excellent host and we cant thank him enough for making our experience so special.
