Brian Woodcock of Business Fitness Solutions has developed a series of workshop, which I attended over a few months. His tried and tested business principles, coupled with his detailed work books, gave me a simple yet systematic approach to business planning and development, which has been of great benefit to my organisation. His training approaches are direct and work based, and whilst challenging, provided a great focus for action planning, and the detailed and supportive feedback he gave was excellent.
